Info
trace is an interactive system that helps people explore the hidden decisions behind everyday products.
The system contains five frameworks, which are Material, Labor, Sustainability, Actions and Certification.
Instead of overwhelming users with reports and certifications, trace transforms transparency into something you can experience, question, and navigate.

trace is a system that has 5 levels
for each framework, focus on
knowing more about:
• where and how the materials
are sourced
• how the workers are treated
• what’s the durability and end-of-life
solutions for the products
• the actions brands do to show their
responsibility in social media and
real world
• also the certificate programs brands
are getting to verify their actions

Where users can explore each brand’s transparency information. Each profile includes an animated TRACE wheel that shows the level a brand achieves in each framework.
Below the wheel, users can see deeper data analysis, evidence notes, and external links to sources such as reports or other third-party evaluations.
Designed mainly for companies and brands. It helps them understand how they are being evaluated by the TRACE system.
Through several rounds of questions, users choose the card that best matches their current situation. At the end, they receive their own TRACE wheel, which gives them a clear sense of how the grading system works and what areas they may need to improve.
A design that’s outside from the website. This chrome extension is designed for consumers while they are browsing brand websites. Instead of asking users to manually search for brand transparency information, the extension proactively appears and introduces the TRACE system.
This makes the system easier to access in real shopping moments.
This will hide itself!
